The Application Form

We are using a "LIVE FORM" that must be completed and SUBMITTED during ONE SITTING. You will lose everything entered if you log out of the form before you send it and will need to start again.

HOWEVER, the Form
IMPORTANT NOTES and SUGGESTIONS

1. We suggest that you print down and complete the application in paper form, then transfer your responses to the online form. There is a print button at the beginning of the form to make this easy.

2. The form will prompt you on incomplete required fields and when responses are not formatted correctly; follow the prompts and it will be simple.

3. Double-check your contact information - especially your e-mail address.

4. Click the "Submit" button when finished to upload your completed form.

5. You do not need to print and/or save a record copy of your completed application; a copy will be emailed to you automatically when it is uploaded.

6. You MUST have a record copy of your completed form available for review as described in the "Next Step" section. You should immediately print a copy from the email you receive and then save it. You should also forward the email to a friend or relative as a backup copy.

CONTRACTORS

Use your best judgment replying to "individual oriented" questions (such as drivers license status). Provide the key individual in your company that will serve as our primary contact, and leave questions that are not applicable to your company as a whole blank. Please do however, take advantage of the narrative fields and the upload feature to provide us your corporate background and related information. Feel free to include anything you think will help us understand your company further.

Uploading Resumes or Other Documents (optional)

You may upload materials that tell us more about you and your experience to supplement your application if desired. Upload your resume, letters of reference, descriptions or photographs of your projects, company flyers or brochures, and similar items; whatever you feel is appropriate.

IMPORTANT NOTES and SUGGESTIONS

1. ONLY the following document file types can be uploaded - Word, Excel, PDF, JPG and Power Point. File types other than these CANNOT be uploaded and will be denied.

2. We suggest you copy all attachments into a single folder and place it on your desktop PRIOR to beginning the application form.

3. There is a 100 TOTAL megabyte limit on the files you are uploading. Check the folder size you have placed on your desktop prior to starting the form, and adjust it to be within this limit.

4. An upload window will open when you submit the application which will enable you to attach your files. Once your attachments are loaded, click on the "Send" button to add your attachments to your completed application in our database.

5. You should have a complete record copy of your attachments available for review as discussed in the "Next Step" section.
