Typical Skill Background

Our work is tailored to those having a basic installation, carpentry, or skilled-trades background. Mechanically minded "hands-on" people from a variety of other backgrounds have also been very successful on our programs.

Retail or commercial experience is preferred, but you should not let a lack of experience in these environments stop you from applying if you fit our other requirements.

General Requirements:

  • Professional appearance and behavior
  • Ability to follow provided instructions and direction
  • Working knowledge of spoken and written English
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • A cell phone and minimum 3 MP digital camera
  • Basic computer literacy (Word and Excel) is a big plus

Required Tools

Our typical projects require a basic set of hand and power tools, which you are to provide. Should a particular project require more specialized tools or equipment, we will address what is needed and how this will be handled at that time.
